Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple…

So long as the gift card has not been redeemed within 12 months after purchase, we will refund the amount of credit purchased.

We will not be able to refund the fees that are charged on top of the monetary gift card, as these cover third party charges such as, but not limited to payment gateway fees. We will not be able to refund any fees charged on top for printed and delivered orders where applicable. This includes printing, postage and packaging.

Please kindly note, that if a gift card is redeemed, and the gift card holder has been booked in for an experience, then it will not be possible to issue a refund under any circumstances. 

Once booked in, the purchaser releases all contractual terms from Concierge Black and is bound by the terms of the experience or stay provider. We act as a Concierge service rather than a provider of any activity or stay booked using the gift card.
