Postal:
If you have selected the option, where it is available, to have your gift card delivered, we will print the gift card and pop it in an envelope, and post it to the delivery address within 3 working days. Please kindly allow up to 7 days before delivery. If you have not received your gift card then please email hello@conciergeblack.com and we will look into this.
